BROWNS’ THOMAS OUT

An MRI confirmed what had been expected since Cleveland Browns offensive lineman Joe Thomas’ 10,363rd consecutive offensive play streak came to an end Sunday: Thomas suffered a torn left triceps and will miss the remainder of the season. Thomas, a 10-time Pro Bowler, said Monday that he was not sure if he would decide to retire. He was injured in the third quarter.
