Republican House members urge Ryan to act on immigration

Nearly two dozen House Republicans pressed Speaker Paul Ryan on Thursday to act quickly on legislation that would protect about 800,000 young immigrants brought illegally to the USA as children.

These immigrants face an uncertain future after President Trump’s decision to end temporary protections ordered under President Obama’s administration. Trump gave Congress until March to come up with a fix.
