The Huangs deliver great holiday episodes, and they’re celebrating Christmas 1997 with all their usual high jinks and period cultural references. Jessica (Constance Wu) leads the Homeowners Association’s Christmas Committee, but she threatens to ban neighborhood caroling after last year’s performance didn’t meet her standards. Deirdre (Rachel Cannon), however, enlists her friend Holly (guest star Paula Abdul) to help whip them into shape.
