UBER LOSES CASE AGAINST TAXI DRIVERS IN EUROPEAN UNION

The Luxembourg-based European Court of Justice said Wednesday that ride-hailing giant Uber should have to adhere to the same licensing and other regulations applied to taxi services. The court weighed in following a complaint by a taxi group in Spain.
