After plenty of speculation about whether the reality star was with child, Kardashian confirmed the news Wednesday with a photo of her baby bump and this caption: “My greatest dream realized! We are having a baby!” Kardashian, 33, is expecting her first little one with boyfriend Tristan Thompson, 26, a player for the NBA’s Cleveland Cavaliers.
