DIMON BACKPEDALS ON HIS CRYPTO CRITICISM
JPMorgan Chairman and CEO Jamie Dimon is dialing back criticism of cryptocurrencies. In September, he called bitcoin a fraud. On Tuesday, he said he regretted the comment. “The blockchain is real,” Dimon told Fox Business, referring to the technology used to transfer bitcoin and other digital assets. The comments came on a day when photography and technology company Eastman Kodak unveiled plans for a photo-centric cryptocurrency called KODAKCoin and an image rights management platform called KODAKOne.
