NOTE Scores are final. Ads are judged by a consumer panel voting online. To join, volunteers registered at admeter.usatoday.com. Panelists logged in to a password-protected site and voted on the national ads airing from the coin toss until the end of regulation play (including halftime). Voters gave each a score from 1 to 10, and the scores were averaged to generate the score and ranking.
