TOP EDITORS OUSTED AT ‘NEWSWEEK’

Newsweek’s top editors have been fired amid a maelstrom of controversy in the newsroom. Former editor-inchief Bob Roe confirmed his firing in an email to CNN. Executive editor Ken Li also was fired, CNN reported. In a memo to staff, Newsweek would not comment on the changes but confirmed Roe and Li were “leaving the business,” The Daily Beast reported.
