The “Meet Meghan Markle” tour headed north to Scotland Tuesday, taking the royal-to-be and Prince Harry to Edinburgh Castle for a walkabout. Meghan covered her black top and wide trousers with a black, blue and green plaid double-breasted Burberry overcoat — in the same black tartan pattern sported by Cruachan IV, a Shetland pony from the Royal Regiment of Scotland.
