The actress is showing off the results of her effort to take off weight after giving birth to her son, Joshua Bishop, in December 2016. Heigl, 39, posted a series of three photos on Instagram Monday showing the progress. “It’s been almost 14 months since Joshua Jr was born and it has taken me about that long to really get back in shape,” Heigl wrote.
