DOLLAR GENERAL BOOSTS FAMILY LEAVE BENEFITS

Dollar General, the discount retail chain, said it is boosting its maternity and family leave benefits, another sign of how employers are trying harder to retain employees. The chain said it will offer two weeks of paid time off for qualifying parental leave, eight weeks of paid time off for birth mothers and up to $4,000 in assistance to employees who are seeking to adopt.
