6 medals won by retired Navy SEAL Dan Cnossen at the Pyeongchan­g Paralympic­s, which ended Sunday. He medaled in every individual competitio­n he entered in Nordic skiing. Cnossen was a platoon commander in Afghanista­n in September 2009 when he stepped on an IED.

36 medals for the USA, most of any country at the Paralympic­s. Its 13 gold also topped the medal chart. This is Team USA’s highest overall number since 2002, when it won 43 in Salt Lake City.
