Syrian troops mass around town as rebels refuse to leave

Syrian troops gathered around the town of Douma on Tuesday after a rebel faction refused to leave. The situation threatened the resumption of an air and ground offensive that has driven rebels from the rest of the eastern Ghouta suburbs of Damascus.

Thousands of fighters have left, but the Army of Islam said it was determined to stay in Douma.
