France’s ex-president Sarkozy ordered to face corruption trial

Former French president Nicolas Sarkozy, 63, has been ordered to stand trial on charges of corruption and influence peddling. Sarkozy has denied the accusations that he tried to illegally obtain information from a magistrate.
