Judge: No cuts in grants for Planned Parenthood

A federal judge has issued a permanent injunction blocking the Trump administration from cutting grants to Planned Parenthood that pay for a teen pregnancy prevention program in numerous states.

U.S. District Judge Thomas Rice of Spokane, Wash., issued his ruling late Tuesday, saying “The Court finds that HHS arbitrarily and capriciously terminated the (teen pregnancy prevention) Program.”
