Billy Horschel and Scott Piercy each made significant jumps in the rankings as they won the Zurich Classic of New Orleans, which featured a two-man team format. Each collected 400 points, and Horschel moved up 67 spots to No. 33 and Piercy moved up 43 spots to No. 27. The PGA Tour’s fifth wraparound season consists of 45 events before the FedExCup Playoffs begin. The Tour Championship, Sept. 20-23 in Atlanta, is the Playoffs finale. Thomas is the defending champion.
