When D.C. establishments can stop serving liquor under a special exemption tied to July’s MLB All-Star Game at Nationals Park, according to radio station WTOP. Establishments with liquor licenses can register to serve the extended hours. WTOP said depending on the license and establishment, normal closing can be 2 a.m. on weekdays and 3 on weekends. The exemption is in effect July 14-18.
