The “will he or won’t he” is over. Bride-to-be Meghan Markle says her father, Thomas Markle, won’t attend her wedding to Prince Harry on Saturday. Kensington Palace originally announced that Markle would walk his daughter down the aisle at her nuptials. Celebrity website TMZ reported this week that he was having heart surgery on Wednesday and wouldn’t be able to fly. “Sadly, my father will not be attending our wedding. I have always cared for my father and hope he can be given the space he needs to focus on his health,” Markle said in a statement issued by the palace.
