A new biography of the chef and TV host, who died this month at age 61, is in the works. “Bourdain: The Oral Biography” will be edited by the chef’s longtime collaborator Laurie Woolever, who co-wrote “Appetites: A Cookbook” with Bourdain in 2016. The biography will be released in fall 2019.
