30-YEAR MORTGAGE RATES FALL AGAIN TO 4.52 PERCENT
Mortgage buyer Freddie Mac said Thursday the average rate on 30-year, fixed-rate mortgages dropped to
4.52 percent from 4.55 percent a week ago. Rates have declined in five of the past six weeks. A year ago the rate was 3.96 percent. The average rate on
15-year, fixed-rate loans dropped to
3.99 percent.
