Maple Leafs GM Kyle Dubas, after police confirmed that former NHL goalie Ray Emery drowned in Lake Ontario on Sunday. He was 35. Confirmati­on of cause of death is pending an autopsy, Hamilton police said in a statement. Emery played 11 seasons in the NHL, the first five with the Senators in Ottawa, where he helped the franchise to its only Stanley Cup appearance, in 2007. Emery also played for Philadelph­ia, Anaheim and Chicago.
