19 people dead, several missing after boat capsizes near Cyprus

Nineteen people drowned when a boat loaded with as many as 150 people thought to be migrants capsized off the northern coast of Cyprus, Tolga Atakan, transport minister in Cyprus, said Wednesday. Rescue crews searched for missing passengers. The Turkish coast guard said it rescued 103 of the vessel’s passengers.
