‘SUPERGIRL’
Transgender activist and actress Nicole Maines will play Nia Nal, aka Dreamer, described as a young trans woman with a fierce drive to protect others. Maines, who has appeared in “Royal Pains” and “The Trans List,” is set to join the cast of the CW show in Season 4. Her role was announced Saturday at geek culture extravaganza Comic-Con.
