Anthony to sign with Houston

Veteran forward Carmelo Anthony is expected to sign with the Houston Rockets, a person with knowledge of his situation told USA TODAY. The person requested anonymity because he was not authorized to speak publicly until Anthony makes his commitment official. A couple of small, procedural hurdles remain before Anthony can sign.
