NIKE TO RAISE SALARIES FOR 10% OF EMPLOYEES
Nike is giving salary increases to about 10 percent of its staff across all employment levels, markets, functions and brands. Nike also is changing its bonus award system, basing rewards mostly on how well the entire company performs instead of its previous formula that focused on a combination of individual performance along with that of a team and the corporation.
