Commissioner Adam Silver, in a statement announcing the NBA has made MGM Resorts International its official gaming partner. The multiyear partnership is the NBA’s first with a sports betting operator in the USA, and it is MGM’s first partnership with a major professional sports league, according to a news release. ESPN reported the deal is for three years and $25 million. MGM will use NBA and WNBA data and branding across its land-based and digital sports offering in the USA.
