CISCO TO BUY TECH STARTUP DUO SECURITY FOR $2.35B

California-based tech giant Cisco Systems said Thursday it will pay $2.35 billion to buy one Duo Security, a tech startup that sells software subscription services to small and large organizations to protect against data breaches and other online threats.
