LEE, WRANGLER JEANS TO SPIN OFF FROM YOGA PANTS

VF Corp., parent company of Lee and Wrangler jeans, will turn its jeans brands into a separate company as it focuses on yoga pants and other clothing alternatives. The firm aims to develop the alternative clothing to its household jeans brands by setting up the new company. Without jeans, the downsized company will step up the effort to grow active lifestyle brands such as The North Face and Jansport.
