Chris Stapleton’s country music halo is intact. When nominations were unveiled for the 52nd Country Music Association Awards on Tuesday, Stapleton came out on top with five. The singer is up for entertainer and male vocalist of the year, album for “From a Room: Volume 2” and single and song of the year for “Broken Halos.” The CMA Awards will be broadcast Nov. 14 at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
