In between selling out arenas for her highly anticipated book tour, Michelle Obama had time to officiate a wedding. The former first lady helped Chicago couple Stephanie Rivkin and Joel Sircus say “I do” Saturday evening at the Theater on the Lake. One attendee, Tina Newman, couldn’t contain her excitement and shared a video of Obama with the soon-to-be husband and wife at the altar on Instagram. “Holy Moly,” Newman’s post reads, complete with a heart emoji. “That moment when Michelle Obama officiated at your (cousin’s) wedding!”
