‘MAKING A MURDERER’

“Making a Murderer” is coming back for Season 2 sooner than you think. The popular Netflix true-crime documentary series is returning to the streaming service for a second season on Oct. 19, Netflix announced Tuesday. Along with the announcement came the tagline (and the tease) for the second part of the series: “The convictions were only the beginning.” The series followed the convictions of Steven Avery and his nephew Brendan Dassey in the 2005 murder of 25-year-old Teresa Halbach. Both were found guilty in 2007 in connection with the murder of the 25-year-old photographer from St. John, Wisconsin.
