AMAZON TO BOOST PAY FOR LONGTIME WORKERS

Amazon plans to raise wages of longtime employees at its warehouses after a backlash over its adoption of a $15 hourly minimum wage for all its workers. Adjustments are being made, the company says, and workers who already made $15 will get more than the $1 extra an hour promised last week. Raises will differ by warehouse.
