DL Korey Foreman

College: Uncommitte­d Noteworthy: California’s top-ranked recruit says he’ll forgo his senior season in high school with the state moving the football season to the spring. Originally a Clemson commit, Foreman reopened his recruitmen­t and is considerin­g Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, Howard, LSU, Oregon and Southern California.

DL J.T. Tuimoloau

School: Eastside Catholic (Sammamish, Wash.)

Ht./wt.: 6-4/277. Class: 2021. College: Uncommitte­d Noteworthy: Tuimoloau, the nation’s No. 2 overall-ranked prospect, also has a basketball offer from hometown Washington, though Ohio State, Alabama and Oregon are also heavily involved.

DL Landon Jackson

School: Pleasant Grove (Texarkana, Texas)

Ht./wt.: 6-6/240. Class: 2021. College: LSU

Noteworthy: Small-school product and LSU pledge, Jackson is arguably the best edge rusher in the state. He racked up 104 tackles, including 16 sacks, to lead Pleasant Grove to the state semifinals.

DL Jack Sawyer

School: Pickeringt­on North (Ohio) Ht./wt.: 6-5/248. Class: 2021. College: Ohio State Noteworthy: Sawyer is the top-ranked recruit in Ohio and the No. 3 strongside defensive end in his class. Sawyer tallied 32 tackles, 14 tackles for loss and 16.5 sacks. He is also a threat on offense, with 15 total touchdowns.

DL Brandon Buckner

School: Chandler (Ariz.) Ht./wt.: 6-1/234. Class: 2021. College: Oregon Noteworthy: Buckner had nine tackles, 1.5 sacks and returned an intercepti­on for a touchdown in Chandler’s Open Division state championsh­ip win last season. In the nine games he played last season, he had 53 tackles, 24 for losses and 16 sacks.

LB Reid Carrico

School: Ironton (Ohio)

Ht./wt.: 6-3/225. Class: 2021. College: Ohio State Noteworthy: Carrico had 168 tackles, 18 tackles for loss, three sacks, four forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries and an intercepti­on. He also had two defensive touchdowns. On offense, Carrico had 1,634 rushing yards and 28 touchdowns.

LB Jeremiah Trotter Jr.

School: St. Joseph’s Prep (Philadelph­ia) Ht./wt.: 6-0/210. Class: 2021. College: Clemson Noteworthy: The No. 1-ranked inside linebacker in the country gets his instincts naturally from his father, Jeremiah Trotter Sr., who was a four-time NFL Pro Bowler.

LB Terrence Lewis

School: Northweste­rn (Miami) Ht./wt.: 6-1/200. Class: 2021. College: Tennessee Noteworthy: The top-ranked outside linebacker in the class by 247sports, Lewis had 105 tackles, nine sacks and three intercepti­ons last season for perennial power Northweste­rn.

LB Junior Colson

School: Ravenwood (Brentwood, Tenn.) Ht./wt.: 6-2/228. Class: 2021. College: Michigan Noteworthy: Colson recorded 123 total tackles in 2019 with 19.5 for loss, 11.5 sacks, two intercepti­ons and forced two fumbles in his first season as a starter, helping Ravenwood reach the Class 6A state championsh­ip game.

LB Dallas Turner

School: St. Thomas Aquinas (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.)

Ht./wt.: 6-4/235. Class: 2021. College: Alabama Noteworthy: Turner had 74 tackles, 15 sacks, 18 tackles for loss for American Heritage last season.

LB Power Echols

School: Zebulon B. Vance (Charlotte, N.C.)

Ht./wt.: 6-1/206. Class: 2021. College: North Carolina Noteworthy: Echols is coming off a monster junior season with 156 tackles, 22 tackles for loss and 14 sacks. He was named MVP of the state’s 4A title game and won North Carolina’s Associated Press defensive player of the year for a second straight season. He was the only unanimous selection on last year’s 31-player all-state squad.

DB James Williams

School: American Heritage (Plantation, Fla.)

Ht./wt.: 6-5/218. Class: 2021. College: Miami (Fla.) Noteworthy: The top-ranked player in talent-rich Florida, Williams has produced 126 tackles and 10 intercepti­ons over the past two seasons. He is back at American Heritage after playing at Western last season.

DB Jakailin Johnson

School: DeSmet (St. Louis) Ht./wt.: 6-1/175. Class: 2021. College: Ohio State Noteworthy: A first-team all-state selection, Johnson had two intercepti­ons in last year’s Class 6 Missouri state title game as De Smet finished the season unbeaten. He’s ranked the No. 3 cornerback in the 2021 class by 247sports.

DB Hunter Wohler

School: Mukesgo (Wis.)

Ht./wt.: 6-1/190. Class: 2021. College: Wisconsin Noteworthy: Wohler, The Associated Press Wisconsin player of the year, helped Muskego to consecutiv­e undefeated seasons and Division 1 state championsh­ips. He has made 277 tackles and has seven intercepti­ons over the past two seasons.

DB Latrell McCutchin

School: Austin LBJ (Texas) Ht./wt.: 6-1/176. Class: 2021. College: Oklahoma Noteworthy: Former Alabama pledge now committed to Oklahoma, he’s a prototypic­al cornerback in one of the state’s most talented secondarie­s.

School: Ryan (Denton, Texas) Ht./wt.: 6-3/225. Class: 2021. College: Texas Noteworthy: Texas recruit excels as an edge rusher and at tight end for a team with title hopes.

P Tommy Doman

School: St. Mary’s (West Bloomfield, Mich.)

Ht./wt.: 6-3/170. Class: 2021. College: Michigan Noteworthy: Doman averaged 43 yards per punt and hit 9 of 15 field goal attempts. Doman is ranked as the No. 3 kicker and No. 4 punter by Kohl’s Kicking and will have a chance to do both at Michigan.
