SVFA Raffle Winners Announced

The Sheyenne Valley Friends of Animals organization recently held their annual December Raffle Drawing at Dutton’s Parlour in Valley City. The event was organized by volunteer Maryann Winkler.

Funds raised from the raffle will be used to help the animals in our community for food, supplies and medical care as needed.

SVFA is an organization dedicated to the health and well being of all animals and serve as advocates for stray or abandoned animals in need of care. They facilitate pet adoptions, help lost pets find their owners, assist owners with spay/neuter costs and raise money for veterinary care of needy animals, among many other things. Presently, SVFA’s priority is taking care of animals who are in the foster care system.

SVFA volunteers would like to thank Maryann for the hours of volunteer time she spent collecting prizes and selling tickets for the event. Congratulations to the winners:
