Viper Squirts Hockey Opens 2020-21 Season

The Viper Squirts opened their season with a full plate of 5 games this past weekend. The Vipers dominated their first game, away at West Fargo Black. Next were two home games on Saturday, the first against the Northstars and second with the Fargo Angels. The Northstars put up a great fight, but in the end the Vipers took the win. In Saturday’s second game, the Angels put forth great effort, but the Vipers pulled ahead with a big win. Sunday also brough two away games in Fargo against the Freeze White and then with West Fargo Yellow. The Freeze put up a fight but in the end the Vipers prevailed. After four tough games, their legs were tired and the Vipers were defeated in the final game against West Fargo Yellow. The team now has a break until their next game on Jan 9th in Fargo.

170lbs this year and is currently 3- 0 on the season coming off wins over wrestlers from Grand Forks Central, Devils Lake and Fargo South.

Broden is currently ranked 1st in the EDC Broden Muske at 170 lbs.

Broden is a student athlete for the Hi- Liners as he is a member of the “A” Honor roll and also participates in football and baseball and likes to hunt and fish in his spare time.
