Express Wrestling Sign-Up, January 18th & 21st

Express Wrestling is a wrestling club for kids PreK through 6th grade designed to give kids the opportunity to learn the sport of wrestling, its fundamentals, sportsmanship, hard work and teamwork.

Express Wrestling Club also prepares our young wrestlers to become talented Hi-Liner wrestlers.

Express Wrestling is open to boys and girls that are at least age 5 prior to January 1st, 2021 through 6th grade with registration on Jan 18th and Jan 21st, at 5:30 p.m. both days.

If you are unable to register on Jan. 18 or Jan. 21, please contact Matt Maresh at 701-840-0195 or Ryan Coghlan 701840-2105. Registration will be held downstairs at the Valley City Eagles Club, 345 12th Ave NE, Valley City.

Cost is $40 per wrestler with a max of $100 per family. This fee includes a team t-shirt and a singlet they will keep until the end of the season.

A separate check of $50 as a refundable deposit on the singlet - this check is not cashed and will be returned at the end of the season when the singlet is returned. If it is not returned, the check is then cashed. The singlet is not to be worn to practice.

Practice starts Monday, January 18th at Eagles Club.

Level 1 (PreK- Grade 2): Mondays and Thursdays 6 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.

Level 2 (3-6 graders): Mondays and Thursdays from 6:45 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Please come dressed in proper practice attire: shorts and a t-shirt, no jeans or shirts with buttons please.

Clean shoes are also mandatory - wrestlers must bring separate shoes to be worn in the wrestling room.

Shoes are to be changed in the hallway outside of the wrestling room before practice starts.

No bracelets, chains, necklaces, etc.
