The Village Offers Virtual Free Lunchtime Webinars in March and April

FARGO – Four upcoming webinars featuring profession­als with The Village Employee Assistance Program will address topics related to effective workplaces, leadership, and personal wellbeing. These free trainings are part of The Business Bite, a series of lunchtime talks on topics that matter, hosted by The Village Business Institute. The sessions are scheduled from noon to 1 p.m. on certain Wednesdays in March and April. The dates and topics are as follows:

• March 10 – 7 Ways to Develop as a Leader

• March 24 – Workplace Safety: Domestic Violence Impact on the Workplace

• April 14 – Employee Burnout and Fatigue

• April 28 – Generation Z in the Workforce
