Hospice of the Red River Valley to host virtual Lunch and Learn ‘Children’s Hospice Services’ January 11th

Fargo, N.D. —Health care profession­als are invited to Hospice of the Red River Valley’s upcoming virtual Lunch and Learn as we continue to explore topics related to endof-life care.

The next session will be held Tuesday, Jan. 11, from noon-1 p.m. Katherine Barchenger, children’s hospice program manager with the North Dakota Department of Human Services, will present “Children’s Hospice Services.” In this collaborat­ive session, participan­ts will:

• Gain an understand­ing of Medicaid Children’s Hospice waiver and concurrent care,

• Learn when and how to access care,

• Learn what are the next steps.
