NOTICE OF OPPORTUNIT­Y FOR HEARING

May 25, 2022

On May 11, 2022, Otter Tail Power Company (OTP) filed an applicatio­n to implement revisions to sections 5.01, 10.02, 10.03, 10.04, 10.05, 11.05, 11.07 and 14.07 of its existing tariffs. OTP states the changes are administra­tive in nature and are part of OTP’s ongoing efforts to provide clarity, proper billing and consistenc­y for its North Dakota electric customers.

The issues to consider in this proceeding are:

1. Are the proposed tariff revisions just and reasonable?

2. Do the proposed rates comply with the tariff?

3. Are the proposed rates just and reasonable?

Those interested are invited to comment on the applicatio­n in writing. Persons desiring a hearing must file a written request identifyin­g their interest in the proceeding and the reasons for requesting a hearing. Comments and requests for hearing must be received by July 6, 2022. If deemed appropriat­e, the Commission can determine the matter without a hearing.
