Communities In Schools of Nevada held its Today for Tomorrow benefit gala in the Belmont Ballroom inside Cosmopolitan. More than 400 guests attended the 1920s themed soirée, which featured live entertainment, gaming, craft cocktails (such as The Benny Blanco, created by mixologist Mariena Mercer) and gourmet small bites prepared by the Cosmopolitan’s chefs and mixologists. The event raised $300,000 for the local affiliate of the nation’s leading dropout prevention program.
