Marilyn Anne Lizdas Kolbas, 79 Signal Mtn., Tenn.

Marilyn Anne Lizdas Kolbas, of Signal Mountain, Tenn., passed away Sunday, July 17, 2016. She was 79.

A native of Morristown, N. J., she lived in the Signal Mountain area for the past 22 years and was formerly of Shalimar, Fla. She was a former employee of Humana Hospital where she worked as a registered nurse for 15 years.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Anthony Thomas and Christina Miller Lizdas; former husband, Michael John Kolbas Sr., and brother, Alexander Thomas Lizdas.

Survivors include: Three children, Katherine Anne (Matthew) McAuliffe of Salem, Mass., Jonathan D. Kolbas of Lowell, Mass., and Michael John (Margaret) Kolbas Jr., of Ringgold, Ga.; sister, Barbara Jean Jansen of Nashville, Tenn.; four grandchildren, Addison, Brett, Christopher and Ellen Kolbas and seven nieces.

There will be no funeral services held.
