Janet Marie Brock, 55 Ringgold

Janet Marie Brock, of Ringgold, Ga., went home to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, Aug. 5, 2016. She was 55.

She was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga and North Georgia areas and was a member of Jones Memorial Baptist Church.

She was the owner and operator of Brock Services for more than 17 years and enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

She was a loving and devoted sister, mother and grandmother that will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Pearl Stephens and brother, Clyde Wayne Stephens.

Survivors include: Her father, Clyde Stephens Jr. of Ringgold, GA; son William “J.R.” (Anna) Carpenter of Chickamauga, Ga.; sister Barbara (Angel) Rivera of Chickamauga, Ga.; granddaughter, Emmie Williams and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

Visitation: Tuesday, Aug. 9, after 2 p.m. and prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Funeral services: Wednesday, Aug. 10, at 2 p.m. in the Fort Oglethorpe Chapel with Rev. David Massey officiating.

Burial: TennesseeGeorgia Memorial Park.
