GLMS volleyball team moves to 6-0

The Gordon Lee Middle School volleyball team picked up a 25-8, 25-9 varsity win over Chattanoog­a Valley this past Tuesday.

In junior varsity action, the Lady Trojans claimed a 25-16, 25-12 win.

Individual statistics were not provided as of press time.

LaFayette beats Ringgold

The Lady Ramblers climbed back over the .500 mark for the season after posting a 25-15, 2520 victory at Ringgold in varsity action last Tuesday.

Sarah Ray delivered for the Lady Ramblers

with four kills, while Aubrey Blankenshi­p had three kills and five aces. Jada Bishop, Gracie Hess and Kloe Ludy chipped in with two aces each.

The JV Lady Ramblers also scored a win over the Lady Tigers on Tuesday.

Six aces by Abby Keys and two kills and two aces from Alex Wysong helped lift LaFayette to a 25-19, 25-5

win. Ivy Brown finished with three aces, while Brittany Aguero, Laila Hunter and Kylie Grant added two each.

Gordon Lee stays unbeaten

The Lady Trojans picked up a 25-10, 25-14 victory over LaFayette last Thursday to move to 6-0 overall on the season.

Mary Katherine Roberts had 12 assists,

while Emoree Rogers served up five aces.

Gordon Lee will play at Lakeview on Tuesday before hosting Saddle Ridge on Thursday.

LaFayette (3-3) will play at Chattanoog­a Valley on Tuesday and will entertain Heritage on Thursday.

On Saturday, the Lady Ramblers will travel to Floyd County for a tournament at Model.
