Advance voting is now underway, satellite precincts open Saturday

Advanced (absentee in-person) voting for the general election began Oct. 17 at the Walker County Courthouse, room 110, on Duke Street in LaFayette.

This Saturday, Oct. 29, the four satellite polling places will join the courthouse in being open from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. for Saturday voting. Beginning Oct. 31, all five locations will be open from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday through Nov. 4. All polling places will be open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. on Nov. 8. Individuals can find out where to vote and study sample ballots, visit walkercountyelections.com.
