David Wayne Clark, 57 Ringgold
David Wayne Clark, of Ringgold, Ga., passed away Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2016, at his residence. He was 57.
A native of Ormond Beach, Fla., he lived in the Ringgold area most of his life. He was a member of Tunnel Hill United Methodist Church, a former employee of American General where he worked for seven years and was the owneroperator of Husband for Hire since 1996.
David was a Civil War relic scuba diver and was an antique car enthusiast.
He is preceded in death by his father, Alvin Gordon Clark and brother, Garry Lamar Clark Sr.
Survivors include: His loving wife of 37 years, Jeanine Fauscett Clark of Ringgold; son, Jason (Rachel) Clark of Ringgold; mother, Georgia Howard Clark of Ringgold; stepfather, Harry “Bud” Harbst of Harrisburg, Penn.; sister, Martha (Rick) Bean of Ft. Meyers, Fla.; two brothers, Bobby (Mary) Clark of Ringgold and Steven (Daniel) Clark-Gibson of Signal Mtn., Tenn., and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation: Thursday, Oct. 20, from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Funeral services: Friday, Oct. 21, at 2 p.m. at Tunnel Hill United Methodist Church with Pastor Jay Tenney officiating. He will liein-state at the church from 1-2 p.m.
Burial: Keith Baptist Church Cemetery.
