Myrion Bradley Jones, 29 Josephine Jones, 23 Trion, Ga.

Myrion Bradley “Brad” Jones and his wife Demi “D.J.” Josephine Jones ascended to their eternal home Monday, Oct. 24, 2016, as a result of injuries sustained from a house fire in Trenton, Ga. He was 29. She was 23.

Brad was preceded in death by his wife; his three girls, Clair, Lola and Olivia Jones; eight great-grandparen­ts; grandmothe­r, Nellie Woods and grandfathe­r, William Myron Dodd.

Survivors include: His mother, Melissa (Ed Lepper) Jones; father, Todd Jones; grandparen­ts, Tommy (Barbara) Woods and Elizabeth Dodd; brothers, Landon (Kelly) Jones and Alex (Kim) Jones all of Summervill­e, Ga., and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

D.J. was preceded in death by her husband; her three children; grandparen­ts, Marvin and Peggy Addison and Todd Mitchell and greatgrand­parents, Gordon DeForest Mitchell, Emma Addison Mitchell and Edward Frashier.

Survivors include: Her parents, Don and Tina Mitchell Lowe of Trion; father, Marvin Deron (Ann Hall) Addison of Pitts, Ga.; grandparen­ts, Kenneth and Pam Treadway of LaFayette, Ga., and Shiela Mitchell; greatgrand­mother, Josephine Frashier of LaFayette; sisters, Ana Addison, Sammie J. Addison and Shounta Shirley; brothers, Billy Sipsy, Darrin Lowe, Jeff Lowe and Josh Ashworth and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Jada Marie Kendrick, of Trion, Ga., passed away Monday, Oct. 24, 2016, as a result of injuries sustained from a house fire. She was 5.

Jada attended Leroy Massey Elementary School in Summervill­e, Ga.

Jada was preceded in death by her uncle, aunt and cousins, Brad, D.J., Clair, Lola and Olivia Jones; great-grandmothe­r, Cornelia Thompson; great-grandfathe­rs, Jerry Mean, Frazier Thompson and Todd Mitchell; great-great grandparen­ts, Gorden Deforest Mitchell, Emma Addison Mitchell and Edward Frashier.

Survivors include: Her father, Kell Kendrick; mother, Ana Addison; sisters, Jaleah Kendrick and Jaylin Kendrick; grandparen­ts, Leroy and Evelyn Hooks, Carol and Repondsia Thompson, Don and Tina Mitchell Lowe and Deron Addison and Ann Hall; greatgrand­parents, Kenneth and Pam Treadway and Shelia Mitchell; greatgreat-grandparen­ts, Josephine Frashier and Eloise Kendrick; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Lucy Ann Pettigrew Tignor, 80 Milford, Va.

Lucy Ann Pettigrew Tignor, of Milford, Va., died Saturday, Oct. 22, 2016, from Post Polio Syndrome complicati­ons. She was 80.

She was a graduate of LaFayette High School, class of 1955.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Tignor of Milford and parents, Bill and Janette Caldwell Pettigrew of LaFayette, Ga.

Survivors include: Her daughters, Beth Tignor of Milford and Donna Tignor (Kevin) Rush of Mechanicsv­ille, Va.; six grandchild­ren; sisters, Billie Pettigrew Kirkland of Chattanoog­a, Tenn., Janette Pettigrew (JB) Lemons of LaFayette, Sue Pettigrew Bowman of Fort Oglethorpe, Ga., and two brothers, Malcolm (Jonnie) of Asheville, N.C. and Jim (Sonja) Pettigrew of San Diego, Calif.

She was buried beside her husband, James, in the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery near Milford, Va.

Mable Bernice Proctor, 87 Rossville

Mable Bernice Proctor, of Rossville, Ga., went home to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, Oct. 28, 2016. She was 87.

She was a lifelong resident of the Chattanoog­a and North Georgia areas and was of the Baptist faith. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmothe­r and greatgrand­mother who will be truly missed by all that knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Pauline Isbil; stepfather, Ben G. Stephens and daughter, Deborah Kirby.

Survivors include: Her sons, Gene Proctor of Rossville and Stanley (Linda) Proctor of Chattanoog­a, Tenn.; three grandchild­ren, Diane Beverly, Jesse Proctor and Jason Proctor; eight greatgrand­children and numerous extended family and friends.

Visitation: Sunday, Oct. 30, after 2 p.m. and prior to the service Monday at the funeral home.

Funeral service: Monday, Oct. 31, at 1 p.m. in the Fort Oglethorpe Chapel with Pastor Joe Gill officiatin­g.

Burial: Lakewood South Memory Gardens.
