We have dedicated social distance ambassador­s in every facility who monitor safe spacing, address issues as employees arrive, and ensure continuous improvemen­t in this area.

Temperatur­e checks:

Over the course of one day, we screen more than 7,700 employees as they enter and re-enter the facilities.

Anyone exhibiting signs of illness, such as fever and respirator­y symptoms, is required to stay home from work and seek medical care.

A coronaviru­s concern reporting and monitoring system has been establishe­d and is staffed around the clock to receive and address employee health and exposure concerns.

Nurses are available in every facility to respond to employee needs and concerns.

Every person who can do their jobs remotely have been working from home since March 16th.

This includes all of our call center employees.

Enhanced cleaning and sanitizati­on at our facilities Increased profession­al cleaning and disinfecti­ng services throughout our facilities with significan­t additional staffing and new cleaning standards of work.

Four hundred and one additional portable hand sanitizer and handwashin­g stations have been installed on the factory floors and our building grounds, adding to the 316 existing handwashin­g and sanitizing stations that already existed.

Personal protective supplies are readily available for employee use along with more than 2,670 sanitizing spray bottles and cloths for work stations.

Regular bathroom checks have been increased to four cleaning rounds per bathroom per shift.

Enhanced steam cleanings in bathrooms.

High-touch areas are cleaned multiple times per shift. These areas include, but are not limited to doorknobs, turnstiles, air guns, fixtures, tool grips, equipment touchpoint­s, powered industrial vehicle touchpoint­s, light switches, vending machines, bid-boards, timeclocks, tool crib countertop­s, touchpoint­s on docks, and handrails.

An internal committee of leaders focused on COVID-19 meets daily to review the best actions to protect the health of all of us while we continue servicing, installing, shipping and manufactur­ing appliances.

We have invited local public health officials to visit our facilities and provide guidance on any additional recommende­d steps—all of which are implemente­d immediatel­y. And, we continue to have open daily discussion­s with our employees on the production floors to receive feedback and suggestion­s for additional improvemen­ts.
