EVERETT, Bobbie Jo

Bobbie Jo Loggins Everett age 89, of LaFayette, Georgia went home to be with The Lord Friday - August 6, 2020. She was born on October 31, 1930 to the late Glen and Mary Williams Loggins. She was a lifelong resident of Northwest Georgia, where she had resided in Trion and LaFayette. She was a former employee of Walker County School Board where she worked in the cafeteria at LaFayette Middle School. Bobbie Jo was a longtime member of Second Baptist Church, where she served as secretary and choir member for many years. She was always ready to make a cake or casserole for any church function. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband: Dewey Carlton Everett, brothers: Harlin Loggins and Lavaughn Loggins. She survived by her sons: Chris (Celeste) Everett of Coral Springs, FL, Jeff (Jan) Everett of Woodstock, GA, brother and sisters-inlaw: Donald Loggins of Atlanta, GA, Barbara Loggins, Alice Loggins both of LaFayette, GA, grandchildren: Brandon Everett, Cory Everett, Amber Blevins, Tara McElroy, great-grandchildren: Graham Everett, Sydney Everett, Carson Everett, Camden Everett, Haley Blevins, Ethan Blevins, several nieces and nephews. Due to the global pandemic, a private graveside service will be at LaFayette Cememake memorial donations to Second Baptist Church at 500 West Main Street - LaFayette, Georgia 30728. WALLER, Bill

William “Bill” Keith Waller, age 56, of LaFayette passed away Saturday, August 8, 2020.

He attended Subligna Baptist Church.

Preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Ochoa; and grandfather, William Waller.

Survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Becky Waller; son, Christopher Waller; children, Natalie Horn and Elizabeth and Alex Blasgonzalez which Bill was their legal guardian; father, Gene (Shirley) Waller; sister, Belinda Light; brothers, Stephen Waller and Timothy (Patti) Waller; half sister, Kristie (Barry) James; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Shorty and Ruth Horn; several aunts; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at Subligna Baptist Church with Dr. Charles will be held at the church an hour prior to service.
