The Great White Sharks will open the Chattanooga Area Swim League (CASL) schedule at home against Calhoun on Monday, June 6, starting at 6 p.m., and will travel north to face Red Bank on Thursday, June 9 at 6 p.m.

Week 2 of the season includes home dates with Fairyland (June 13, 6 p.m.) and Red Bank (June 15, 6 p.m.) before the regular season concludes with away meets at Chattanooga Golf and Country Club (June 27, 5:30 p.m.) and Calhoun (June 30, 6 p.m.)

In addition to Catoosa’s regular season home meets, the Arlene Cyre Pool, located at Gilbert

All 14 teams in the league will be participating in the annual event.

Catoosa will be back in the CASL Red Division against this summer.

The Great White Sharks won the Red Division in 2018 and spent a season in the upper Blue Division in 2019. The CASL postponed the 2020 season due to COVID-19, but returned to the water in 2021 and saw Catoosa claim the Red Division crown once more.

They placed seventh overall in the 2021 City Meet with 649 points. Ooltewah won the CASL City Meet title with 3,350.50 points.

The Great White Sharks will also step out of CASL action for two meets this summer. They will travel to Calhoun Aquatic Center on Saturday, June 25 for the Georgia Recreation and Parks Association (GRPA) District 5 Championships. Swimmers in that meet will be looking to qualify for the GRPA B State Meet in Moultrie, Ga. July 15-16.
