Warren J. Follin, 73

Warren J. Follin, 73, of Wapakoneta, passed away at 6 a.m., Sunday, Feb. 21, 2021, at his residence.

He was born March 25, 1947, in Washington D.C., the son of Warren H. and Helen (Putman) Follin, who preceded him in death. On Feb. 3, 1968, he married Louise (Knueve) Follin, and she survives.

Other survivors include five children, Ann (Bob) Weiss, Johnstown, OH, Dan (Teresa) Follin, Wapakoneta, Nancy (Scott) Place, Lima, OH, Casey (Amy) Follin, Wapakoneta, Sam (Kasey Hume) Follin, Wapakoneta; 15 grandchild­ren; a great-grandchild on the way; three sisters, Helen (Fred-dec) Keller, Judy (Tom) Metzger, Karen Inman; a brother, Tim Follin; several nieces; and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Follin.

Warren was the owner/operator of A-1 Donkey Ball for 15 years and was a rodeo clown and bull fighter for those 15 years. For 22 years he was a car/ truck salesman. Warren was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church, K of C, Council #1272, Brands Lake Fishing Club, and a 1967 graduate of Wapakoneta High School. He enjoyed fishing and working in his yard.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Friday, Feb 26, 2021, at the St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wapakoneta. The family will receive friends 4-8 p.m., Thursday at the Eley Funeral Home & Crematory, St. Rt. 501, Wapakoneta. Memorial contributi­ons may be directed to God’s Storehouse, and Tunnels To Towers.
